I currently teach for an early intervention program called; DART for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. I work with 3 to 5 year olds with disabilities. I have worked in special education for over 6 years now. I have just started using an IPAD in my classroom and the success that it has helped promote is astounding and I look forward to learning more about it.

IPADS are great educational tools to use  when working with children with autism. This is especially true for those children who are not yet using verbal language as their main source of communication. There are several applications that can be found on the IPAD.
