Exploring the use of iPads and mobile devices in education.
I am a computer resource specialist at an elementary school in Virginia Beach. Our school system recently purchased iPads for all our elementary schools. My school is primarily 4th and 5th grade, and we are continually looking for iPad apps that are relevant to our curriculum. I maintain a running list of apps we have loaded on our iPads on my Wikispaces pages http://stevebfw.wikispaces.com/iPad+Apps+BFW . If you have ideas for other apps that may be able to use with our students, please contact me at stephen.orr@vbschools.com. Thanks for letting join this group!
