Exploring the use of iPads and mobile devices in education.
Can I image one iPad and send it to 15 others? I put my apps into folders and want to organize it similarly on the class set (news, music, etc...) instead of the old iOS arrangement of eight pages of random apps.
How can I do this? I need a manageable system.

I did this with 20 iPads in a cart. I put a MacBook in the cart and the iPads sync to that. I set up all my preferences on iPad #1 and then when I plugged in #s 2-20 I did "back up from #1" as the setup option. That took all my preferences over. Once the new iPad was done I renamed it to the next corresponding number.
I did that with iOS 4, I haven't had a chance to update them to iOS 5 yet so I don't know how it will translate.
The one thing I noticed is folders don't transfer when updating the iOS, so I might have to start over and figure out a new solution when I tackle the update
