iOS Management Strategies

I work in the technology department for a K12 district. We are in the early stages of planning an iPad deployment. I was wondering if there are any other I.T. folks here that I could bounce some questions and ideas off of regarding iOS management, support, and other "best practices" for MDM. Thanks!
