Exploring the use of iPads and mobile devices in education.

Grants?

Hi everyone!

I am a K-5 tech teacher in a district in south Jersey. My principal asked me to look into grants for iPads for our school. Does anyone know of any such thing?

Any help is appreciated!

Keith Rosko (Chenango Forks in Binghamton, NY).

I'm looking for the same thing - I'll let you know if I find anything (so far I've looked into NYSCATE - but thats only NYS), Target and th Digital Wish site, but with the death of EETT and government funding of educational technology, pickings seem pretty slim.

Any luck so far?

I am also looking for grants. Last year we got a Target grant to purchase Kindles, so that sounds like a good option for iPads as well.
